As a qualified instructor, you’ll bring your real-world experience and expertise to each course, providing students with practical skills, tricks of the trades, and insights to help them succeed.
To join our team, we ask you to fill out an application covering your background, experience, any certifications or licenses, and why you would like to become an instructor. There is a massive demand for professionals just like you, so we are eager to meet and get you into a virtual or in-person classroom as soon as possible.
For us, there is one essential rule to follow: do you have the experience and passion for passing trade work knowledge onto our students? Beyond that, we do expect you to provide quality education and training based on the courses and curriculum we discuss. There is a code of conduct to adhere to that boils down to the golden rule, treat your students as you would want to be treated if you were in their shoes.
By upholding these simple rules and sticking to the professional side of offering quality education through in-person and technological pathways, we are able to meet the needs of the many trades suffering from a lack of experienced workers. Together, we can boost our economy by offering highly skilled and properly equipped students to the world.
When you become an instructor with our team at It’s Electric Training Center, you’ll get the opportunity to teach a variety of courses based on your area of expertise. From electrical wiring to heating and air conditioning, we offer a diverse range of courses that allow plenty of flexibility in your course design.
We always suggest to any applicants that they begin by taking one of our courses. That way, you get a better idea of how we operate and what to expect when becoming an instructor on our team. You are welcome to select a course in your field or expand your knowledge into one of the other areas. This is a great way to judge the resources and support needed to deliver engaging lessons and practical training
